Amongst everyone I asked never even bothered to go up to the attic and inspect the unit itself before telling me that my system needs replacement. They don’t even know if the unit itself needs replacement. Alberth came, and first thing he did was look at the unit up in the attic, went out the backyard and did what he needed to do. To cut the story short, we decided to go with his services. He was punctual, professional, honest and trustworthy. He responded to all my questions and took his time to explain without him making you feel you are being rushed. His workers were also very professional, clean and very respectful. They did a good job replacing our AC. They were an hour late, but we're courteous and thorough.
